Below are a list of the high quality camps that will be held over the Summer at Oak Mt High School. Open to athletes from any school. The specialized coaches have proven results that speak for themselves.

Speed Camp - Fitness by Tilley
This Camp is designed for athletes, who want to improve their Speed, Agility, and Explosiveness. The camp focus is on running technique, explosive movements, footwork, flexibility, strength, balance, eye/hand/body coordination, and injury prevention. The athletes will also learn about the essential character traits that will help make them successful in sports and in life.

Southeastern Line Camp
Southeastern Line Camp is a working football camp designed to develop and perfect the skills of offensive and defensive football linemen. Football instruction is concentrated, specialized, and hands-on for maximum repetitions. Scheduled for the end of summer, two weeks before the beginning of August football practice to ensure maximum carryover to the beginning of your football season.

2 camps- July 18th-19th (One way) and July 21st -22nd (Two way)
